As much as you might like the picture, it's against the site rules on deviantArt to post any pictures you haven't created on your own.

Read the site rules. You can' post art you didn't make as deviations. If you take a picture of your desktop, your desptop could have this wallpaper on it, ut other than that, it's against DA conduct.
And before you say "I saw somebody elce doin itso it's fine." people break rules on websites all the time. doesn't make it OK or right.
