Hey guys, guess what?
I'm taking a character design class this semester! (and this should be my last class before I finally graduate, woo!)

I'm absolutely loving the class so far. The teacher is the same one I had for storyboarding class last spring and he's really cool and chill, character design is basically my forte so I'm in my element here, and my classmates are pretty much on the same animation nerd wavelength that I'm on.
Basically on day one I had a moment of "I've found my people"

So yeah, I've been taking this class for three weeks now and I should hopefully be able to post my assignments every week if I have time

For the first assignment we had to design dog characters using only one type of shape. One with circles and ovals, one with squares and rectangles, and one with triangles and sharp angles. The final dog is a combination of all three shape types.
I tried my best to experiment with different styles for this one.
