As I walk to the center of an unknown building with my bow and arrows
I saw something in the deepest darkest shadows
As I look closely at the shadow, something grabbed me and pulls me in
It feels like I was Alice falling down to Wonderland from the White Rabbit’s hole
I landed with a huge thud on the soft ground
I looked around and saw that I was in a forest that looked like it came from an old horror movie
Voices were heard in the forest as I realized that they were mine and the voices of past loves
The pain of my lovers’ words open old wounds from my heart and the blood pours from it
Standing from the ground I walk through the forest even though it feels that I shouldn’t
As I stop at the foot of a lake, I sank down and let my tears fall from my eyes
I looked into the water and saw their faces smiling at me then turning around to see their loves
They were more beautiful than me and my heart sank to my stomach
I felt something on my face beside my tears
I turn and there you were nuzzling me with your face
You were like me, heartbroken and unloved
Then you found me and I found you
We were the lost person that we were looking for
And as I held you closed to me, I prayed that you will never leave me
Then I awoke with a pain in my head and bandages around me
I look around and you were right next to me sleeping in your human form
You held on to me like I was made out of gold never wanting to let go
I closed my eyes and held you too, never wanting to let you leave
You are my wolf, and I am your huntress
And together, we will never be apart
