This guy's pretty chill about everything. When he's not on guard duty he's usually lounging on the couch in the den watching the others play video games or raiding the kitchen for "munchies".

Design wise he's a mix of Leon S. Kennedy (his namesake) Uta from Tokyo Ghoul, and this blanket: cdn-img-0.wanelo.com/p/cb9/49c… XDDDD

and yeah I drew him wearing Papy's sweater because I will put Undertale/Underswap references in CoS as much as I possibly can without making a full on crossover... oh wait I already did: nikikeya-chan.deviantart.com/a…

Kennedy was originally created by my friend Veku on our RPG, but I redesigned and tweaked his personality because we need more SE members. XD
