...And so is his hat! I did little Wakko as a human a few months ago last year and I've been meaning to post this today!

This is based off of an episode of the reboot where Wakko's donuts are missing and he's all upset that he can't find them cause somebody ate them! Watch the episode if you want to, you might find the answer, I won't spoil it for you!

If you're wondering why he's speaking Spanish, it's based off of a scene where Yakko and Dot mute him for screaming too loud over the fact that his donuts are gone with a remote, and Yakko ends up pushing a button which causes Wakko to start speaking in Spanish!

He's asking: "Where are my donuts? Where are they?"
Will post an alternate version of this where he has his hat on very soon!
