a.k.a. Pretty-Heart-Power Girl, as shown in an anime show that's a parody of Sailor Moon,
from We Bare Bears, but chibified or as a chibi!
She first appeared in one of the episodes that's about the origins of Baby Panda (Panda 2), featured as one of the
many programs Panda watches on a TV, it's also the main reason for how Panda became the anime fan and lover HE IS, today!
Not to mention, she has reappeared, along with the show she's on, in a few, if not, several other episodes!
The reason for why I call her Pretty-Heart-Power Girl is because it's a reference to the attack she does and what she cries out!
That being, of course!: "Pretty Heart Power!!!"
Hence the name or nickname, in this case!
She's obviously a nod and reference to Sailor Moon, as is her show!
I've been meaning to do fanart of her for quite a while!
And HERE it IS!!!
