Used a photo from Pinterest as reference as this is the first zebra I’ve ever painted, and boy it was difficult! For all my paintings I used an oil paint brush, as I am stubborn, set in my ways, and I like how it’s textured and mixes on the canvas. This works nicely for horses, but trying to do the thin stripes while keeping the shading was messy and unruly. Don’t think I’ll be rushing to do another zebra but I’m happy with how it turned out
