My 5 pages long comic for akitku 's Contest. The contest's subject was simple: Either incorporate her characters to your setting (or any other) or your own characters to her story's setting. I almost never work with supernatural or magic powers for my characters. Hopefully my first attempt is not that awkward. For new comers, the characters are from my comic. They are Bardas Phokas and Daniel Asanes. And no, they do not possess any supernatural powers in my original work

Haha, Badras's smile in the first panel totally wins! It's one of those, I've lived long, I've seen it all smiles. Perfect. And Daniel's bright eyes look lovely! That would be such an interesting power to include. Also, Amalfi's defensiveness in the bottom panel is handled perfectly, that is so him. The expression, the annoyance.
