10 Years ago, the Phantom thief of hell stole a lot of treasure in hell, heaven, and Earth and hidden it into a vault. The thief has place clues all over the world and only he remember where all the treasure is. Present Day, an wealth millionaire and retired treasure hunter named McSwain wanted the treasure that the Phantom thief stole and put them on display for his museum. So he send out his young appraiser named Nemo Clownfisher to find a skilled treasure hunter to find the vault that the thief used. But before he ever find a hunter, Nemo heard news that someone stole one of his workers wallet so he pursuit the thief. Nemo found the person who stole the wallet and tries to interrogate on the cable car. Her name is Veronica Papilio and Nemo interrogate her, but turns out she a stand user and use her stand to knock Nemo out. Knowing she a stand user, Nemo escape the car and try to call for back-up. So Nemo used his stand to vanish but Veronica try to find and stop Nemo. She try to find him but he's nowhere to found. Then a sprite appear to a little girl with a stuffed doll and annoys her. The girl slapped the sprite, doing so a zipper appears and inside is Nemo. The sprite turns into blood, Nemo Blood thanks to Veronica's stand. Veronica try to finish Nemo but then something bit her leg. It was a squirrel-like stand, Nemo's stand Pina Colada. Nemo pull out a teddy bear and a zipper appears pulling out a spear inside the teddy bear. Veronica and Nemo are about to with their stands, but then McSwain appear congratulating the two. He explain that the stolen wallet and getting something back was a test for Veronica and Nemo. He want Veronica and Nemo to become Phantom thieve to find the stolen treasure from the Phantom thief of Hell. The two agreed and become thieves. But they need more more members to find the stolen treasure thus starting Veronica's and Nemo's adventure.
