You know - i don't go to the muscle beaches too often, but when I do I have to give the pullup bar some attention. It's a great time: cool breeze on a hot day, and sometimes you get into your work enough that you can find yourself showing the exact kind of focus you are in when doing so. Just make sure you know when to quit!
