Hopefully most of my suggestions are clear from the drawing, but the bottom line is that the horn placement is a bit off, the legs need to connect to the shoulders, the back should curve and not go straight up and down. All of these things are, of course, a matter of style. The pose itself was done by Pinkie Pie at times and probably looks more like yours than mine, but this is my take on it for whatever it's worth
