Request from ~Ratchet-Halo for their character, Aqua, as an equalist that has just captured Korra.

Korra was probably going to be delivered up to Amon after this, but I'm sure she'll escape before then. (Those ropes don't look very strong anyway.) Go Korra!

I've gotta say, the blue hair is quite striking, but I was disappointed that some of the other colors are just a wee bit faded by the scanner. Aqua was requested to not be wearing an equalist helmet, but I gave her the goggles just 'cause I wanted to. :)
And I decided not to do a background. I kind of forgot about it. I'm going to pretend it's the snow we saw in episode nine :D
