Description A new cake I made up the other day. I call it the Chocolate Sweetheart cake because of Valentine's being so close. Two chocolate cakes, chocolate ganache in the middle, chocolate whip on the outside with mirror glaze chocolate poured over the top. Three chocolate dipped strawberries and some chocolate fans for decoration. Very yummy. ^_^
