I started this on 24 December 2009. I wanted to finish it and submit it on January 1st. -__-' Things didn't exactly go according to plans.
Today, I found the courage to finish it, finally (it only needed the finishing touch, really XD most of it was coloured with the mouse, because I didn't have a tablet yet, at the time :3).

So, this is my(very late ) tribute to the tenth Doctor!! I'm sure Eleven will be great, but I'll miss you, Ten!! <3

I've gone realistic for the occasion (yes, I keep changing style, must drive you mad XDDD) and used this pic as reference [link]

Also, I used ~hawksmont 's crack brushes
