Idk why but i dont really like how this painting turned out, kinda feels bland, like theres nothing interesting about it, its just a portrait. At first glance it looks ok but the more i stare the less i like it..

Anyways heres the final product and i still dont understand why some portraits look better than others. Was experimenting with contrast in temperature. So made bg cooler to make the flames seem hotter. Also gave him a way too chiseled jaw
