Hmm, uhh ok sorry hair could've been shaved first (look carefully). I think the other arm with the veins is a bit distracting. It's an awesome idea though, I just think it would be better without the arm in the back and without the hair.

Gorgeous subject which is so beautifully composed... I love it, especially the fishnet holes and the subtle lighting. Although those veins on her arm could have been left out from the photo, I think they add this touch of realism to the photo and the atmosphere.
