Remembering the family picture I drew a while ago? Yeah, technically that would make her his daughter(they're not blood-related though).
This is somewhat an altered real life scene. It wasback in feburary(man I'm slow at drawing, aren't I?._.) when me and some friends went to an anime convention. Three of us were cosplaying Toshio, Natsuno and Tohru from Shiki(I had to be Toshio of course... ) and she just came along normally. Since they knew about the family-thing of mine, they played along, and man, it was fun! XD I kept beeing Toshio, saying from time to time to Vanessa"Your mom's gonna kill me if something were to happen to you.."(I am unbelievably overprotective about my little girl :3-even though she's way bigger than me XD) When we left it was raining, she mentioned she was cold, even though she's been wearing 4-5 layers of clothig, and I know she hates crowds, so I was walking next to her, and just couldn't get that caring, motherly-in this version fatherly-smile of my face. I think she's one of the rare people who get that from me. Yeah...Vanessa is a really dear friend to me, and sometimes really manages to bring out the best parts of me. I know she'll read this so...yeah, thought I'ld let you know
