they are small bottles of nail polish with thin small brushes
it cant get exact but its pretty close XD

haha! nice idea...but it does look a little bit messy! have you ever tried to clear the edges with a qtip and nailpolish remover? That's what I do, when my nails look like that...
and I could never get my thumb in that position O.O
