While I am not super in the Ninjago fandom anymore (the show got bad over time), I still have an OC for it. He's my youngest OC as well. Most of mine are over 18 so I can be mean to them but that wouldn't work for Ninjago. Season 4 is, to me, objectively the best season (even tho S5 is my favorite) so I chose the Tournament look for his outfit.
