2020 is the year of the rat, and so I'm kicking it off by illustrating Splinter! This is kind of based on the 80's cartoon version of Ninja Turtles, but mostly I just did my own thing.

It's training time in the sewer lair's dojo, and Splinter is delivering a martial arts demonstration to his Pre-teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtle students. But it looks too difficult! How will the turtles ever learn these techniques? With practice, focus, and dedication, young ones! Hajime!
