Description
I know this is very different that what you all have seen from me, but this is my take on April, May, and June in the style of the DuckTales 2017 reboot. I decided to use their colors and design from Legend of the Three Caballeros, since no one has done that yet. In this incarnation of the girls, April wears yellow, May wears orange, and June wears purple. I based their designs on the girls' voice actress, Jessica DiCicco, and the various characters that she has voiced in the past.

April uses something similar to her standard comic design with a buttoned shirt underneath her sweater and a variant of the bangs used in her "Legend of The Three Caballeros" look as well as the bow that she wore. I also kept her ponytail she had from the comics. The sweater is paired with a sensible non-pleated skirt to make her look professional, smart, and a bit preppy. She plays on the smart girl stereotype who also has a penchant for solving mysteries. Her look is inspired by Malina from the Disney Channel cartoon, The Emperor's New School who is played by DiCicco.

May's look is kind of like the rocker chick/manic pixie dream girl musician, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who's also a bit of an introverted wallflower (I added that part) and is also a bit of a pessimist (as she is on the show). Instead of that 80's Karen haircut with the sweatband, I decided to give her a cute bob with a side-swooping bang and some streaks to give her an edge. Her look consists of an off-shoulder top with a tank top underneath, black shorts, fingerless fishnet gloves, and headphones to show that she's into music. Her look is inspired by Maggie Pesky from the short-lived Disney Channel cartoon, The Buzz on Maggie, who is also played by DiCicco.

Lastly, June's look is basically the sporty girl look. In addition to her pigtails, I gave her some framing wavy strands. Her look consists of a sleevless hoodie zip-up vest with a lavender tank top underneath, a purple wristband, and some dark purple shorts. Her look plays on the sporty girl who is always into soccer, baseball and other sports, somewhat similar to the personality of Louie Duck's Quack Pack incarnation, but is also secretly a girly girl, like how she is in the comics. Her look is inspired by Lynn Loud (Jr.) from the Nickelodeon cartoon, The Loud House, who, as you all know, is played by DiCicco.

This is my interpretation of April, May, and June as perceived in Legend of the Three Caballeros, in the style of the DuckTales reboot. Unfortunately, I had to trace over a screencap of the series and make some edits to add to it. But I still want to share it with you all. Also, if you haven't seen Legends of the Three Caballeros, you should really check it out. It's really good!

If only I knew their actual birth order...
