After 3 years, I've finally gotten around to designing this guy!This is Mikei. Umbreon's Alolan cousin and Alolanchu's best friend/sidekick who lives on Akala Island. Ever since he was little, he's had somewhat of a laid-back lifestyle.

He can be pretty weird and dumb at times. But, his genius can REALLY show through in certain situations. He's also super crazy about food and loves a good cup of shaved ice!
Age: Around 10 to 17.
Likes: Surfing, eating, chilling out, battling, shaved ice, picross, jazz music, and his best friend Alolanchu.
Dislikes: Heights, people who talk smack about him or his friends, Poison type moves, and wearing fancy clothes.
As I've said earlier, I've been meaning to design Mikei since late 2018. I got most of my inspiration for him from Lana's Eevee, Sandy. (Who was just a regular Eevee with wild hair when he first debuted in the anime.) I never got the chance to design Mikei though due to school. (Despite my high school, it was still a SCHOOL. And I had important work to do. ((I also had extra classes in a different school that would land me a great GPA in college.))) 3 years later, I now have the time to design the character I've always wanted to design since I was a kid.
The reason why Mikei doesn't have the extra fur around his neck like other Eevees is because he shaved it all off so that it wouldn't slow him down or make him too hot.
I originally wanted his name to be Mikey. But, I found Mikei to be a more better name that fit an Eevee from Alola.
