I heard that he is the most racist character in the series because he's from Italy and his name is Pizza Pasta. Other people think it's stereotypical.

While he might be racist for some, he isnt the most racist character in the series. That title is for Soda PopinskiΒ΄s early concept AKA Vodka Drunkenski. They had to change his name to the one we know now.
