For those wondering this is taking place in Moonpaw's kingdom. There are 3 lines of defenses, the 1st is the easiest just show proof of identity and you're in. 2nd is just a pat down, scan, etc make sure you're safe to enter. The last is the most difficult, the queen's favorite soldiers they're cold. They'll knock you on the ground and hold you at sword point and demand you state your business ONLY if they know you don't live there. Between the 2nd and 3rd defenses there's the life needs, gas, food, temporary housing, etc. there's also normal houses as well.

Also yes, Rose is short I was doing my best to show that. Even though she's short she's very dangerous.
