Description I needed a quick blue bokeh wallpaper and couldn't find one that was free to use and nice enough, so I threw together my own in Photoshop Admittedely it's not that great and I could have spent more time on it to get it nicer, but oh well...

The background is somewhat repeatable as well.

@WolfCookie it's not a real bokeh Purely photoshopped. Fairly simple process really.. bunch of white semi transparent circles of various sizes and transparency, used the eraser to lighten some of them creating that crescent look some of them have, and blurred them to various degrees. There's also a blue gradient background and a blue filter on top of it all for extra blueness.
