This is my Multimedia project. We were supposed to make a webpage/poster of 'what we REALLY want for Christmas'. I'm aware the gme doesn't come out until after Christmas, and that I don't have the Xbox 360 required for playing it, none the less, thats what I want.If you don't know about the game, some stuff doesn't make much sense. To bad for you. =3

Just for the record, this animation was made a LONG time ago, and I'm aware a thing or two isn't right. The games not even OUT yet, to my own disbelief. So, just so everyone knows, this animation was made from random bits and pieces of info found on the web. Even if somethings wrong, I CAN'T change it. I graduated high school, and the flash anim's original file is in the school computer. ^.^

I don't see that as a problem. If you'll note the still pictures are a lot more accurate in color. The cartoon is just a quicky to get a likeness.
But you know, I made this a couple years ago, I don't remember why I made them blue, just did.

the front color of the game box makes it look blue, maybe that's why

Well, the pictures in the actual animation you can see where he isn't chibified have the correct colors. I imagine I was just trying to get the animation done quickly, and the blue was already in the paint bucket. (Even simple animations take a while, and it was a school assignment, so limited time frame)

Even though I'm majoring in animation, I wouldn't say they beat illustration. Capturing movement, feeling, etc etc in a still image takes a lot of skill, while the act of animating is difficult, you have the advantage of being able to express what's happening in the animation more literally.
But rhyming, not THAT takes real skill. =3 *is a horrible poet*

I think they wanted a creative way to break up the game, and probably imagined it'd be an unexpected and creative element. It's not /brilliant/, but it's not bad either. I'm wondering if they'll keep it up in the next game, or it they'll cut that aspect out...

well now that they have it in there, i would think it stupid to just cut it out. especially since they left a cliffhanger there. haha. but i hope the new game is as epic/ slightly more epic than the first.

I agree with you. Sometimes it can get a little boring if you get stuck on a mission and just walking around killing people. I acually prefer Halo now i'm really getting into it now.
