Well. Finally. I started this the 9th of June this year, and three months later I can say it's "finished".

I'll tell you how I started this: I was looking my old works and when I saw "Viewpoint" I thought that it would be cool to make a similar one with various floors. Well, here what you have are not literal floors, but each one represents a level of the society. With robots, because I like that. So I thought: three levels. And I made a background for each one (yes, they were made separately, but I don't want to submit them one by one because if you don't look at the three at the same time they lose their meaning) The first one was made of clouds. The second had clouds but also the city. And the third one didn't have any sky. Because in those futuristic, tall cities, the sky is for those who live up.

Ok, with that initial draft, I started each level. The first one was easy to make, because it just had to be pretty and clean. The second one was harder, because I knew what I wanted to represent but there were no stock photos who fitted. I was "stuck" there, and I finished it without liking it, but I don't think I can work more on it. So then I went on holidays, and some days ago started with the third level. Still don't like it as much as I like the first, but the most important is that I think it represents all I want to: it's dirty, dark, and there are broken robots everywere.

This is the most difficult photomanipulation I've ever made, because I had a very definite idea and because It uses a lot of stock. Now the credits, of course, I think I'll spend all the morning sending notes to the stock artists... God, that's also hard work.

I really like this, it's so detailed. I like the bright yellow lighting you've used throughout the piece, it makes all the little details a little harder to see, like in real-life how your eyes just graze the surface of the details around you.
