Very nice work. I really like the overall look of it, it's simple yet still looks elegant. Only thing that I wish was different is the scrollbars. I'm just not feelin' the current ones.

Nice work, bro! I'll be using this one for a long time.

My start button bitmap has problems, though--the edges are really pixelated. Other than that, there aren't any glitches that I can see.

I do think you should change the blue mouseover effect in the start menu to that same lighter blue style you have in the context menu, though...just to keep it more uniform.

that the taskbar is bigger than normal isn't a really bug, I made it like this.
I know that bug with the firefox toolbars, but I don't really know how to fix
