I was trying to recreate Misaka Mikoto from the Railgun anime series but just could not get the look right, instead I ended up with somebody that looked more like Rihoko Sakurai from the Amagami SS series. Now I really like Rihoko, she was a great character and so this pic is theoretically Rihoko. For those of you that dont watch anime, its all kinda complicated really.
