Description
For long distance space travel the Humanoid Crew Member was developed by the corporation. They could crew the ship as long as it held together. If need be they could be assembled en masse to affect large scale repairs and keep the mission directive. They were indistinguishable from each other and strictly expendable. They led complex lives that involved repair, monitoring, security and anything else deemed necessary by their creators back on Mars. The mission was a only considered to be a success if the ship made a signal that would only be received in 1000 years time. By then many iterations of the Humanoid Crew would have been recycled. There was however one humanoid who questioned her imperative and decided that change was required.
