While laying in the bath reading, Amanda discovered that a good Chibi was made in an approved Chibi Assembly Plant (CAP), and the book illustrated the process with an appropriate picture. "Oh, I seem to recall being there, something poking and prodding me and gluing bits on. I guess I am one in a long line of stout hearted Chibis.
