I like her head dress very much. It almost has a 1920's flavor. The sheerness of he skirt is really nice too. It sort of has a glow to it
Her shoulders are pretty awkward. I mention this only because it throws off the flow and delicacy of the rest of it. Obviously your anatomy is highly stylized but paying a bit more attention to the way shoulders and collar bones attach to the chest would really help her feel more believable.
