Thanks, the hair colour is called 'Cocoa' (it's from the Letraset range). Yep I'm a traditional artist... horray for pens and paper.

basically the skin color influenced by the background color, so meaning to say, you can't use the same color on diffrent pictures/backgrounds even though the character is the same.
Try looking up for color sense tutorial in the net, im sure a lot will pop up
