Grey and white for the primary colors of Isonoe. Blue diamond and water droplet symbol as a reference to the mythological Isonoe. Isonoe was one of the Danaïdes (the fifty daughters of Danaus), and one of the lovers of Zeus, who bore him a son, Orchomenos; after her death, Zeus transformed Isonoe into a spring, hence the water imagery.

Isonoe ("eye-SON-o-ee") is a small irregular moon of Jupiter, with a small rotating habitat built around it, where its population of ~44,000 all live and work. The population of Isonoe is mostly descended from Finns and Estonians from Callisto, and Okinawans and Ainu from Koshi Station, in orbit above Ganymede, who settled Isonoe in the mid-2150's. Construction of the rotating section was completed in 2204.

Originally a direct democracy, the last Isonoean mayor election in 2258 saw local pimp Hideo Sibelius win the election in a landslide, despite dying before the election was over, thereby giving his opponent the victory as per Isonoe's constitution. Sibelius' opponent, Vilhelmiina Miyabe, was so unpopular she consolidated her power into an authoritarian police state to avoid getting ousted from office, extending her reign into 2265. So when the prostitutes who worked at Sibelius' brothel staged an armed coup against Miyabe's administration and then vented her into space, the guards opened the door and told them the exact room Miyabe was hiding in. The citizens of Isonoe fully supported this development, and it was approved by the Jovian Empire as well. Afterwards, Isonoe’s constitution was amended, and now this tiny Jovian moon is run by the Council of Whores. Not quite as democratic as the previous system, but not nearly as iron-heeled, either.
