Well, Since Pepsi and Mountian Dew are the same company and big Transformers advertisers, I thought I would skin the little dude as a Pepsi machine too.Related content

there use to be toy pepsi cans that use to turn in to trasnformer robots, but that was like 12 13 years back, this reminds me so much of them it takes me back way back to whe i was a kid, i love this deviation.

Awesome animation and detail in the robot. Transitioning the soda machine's graphics to the robot's frame must have been tough.

This is surely not a Pepsi machine I'd want to run into. I'm amazed at how good spritework can be; SNES sprites are my favorites, and this is great.
I like how the transformation looks smooth in motion. This is rather nicely done.

Maybe about an hour? I made the robot first, then the soda machine and then worked one frame in each direction until I got to the middle of the animation.
I am working on another one now to see if it turns out as good.

Heh, I actually got a kick out of that part in the movie more so because I just saw the movie a few hours ago after allready seeing The mountain Dew transformer that you did. I can't believe that that was in there.

I was gonna make a coke one based off of the coke vending machine shape. Coke/sprite/dasani machines are one look and Pepsico are another.
