Crossing Over - part 5Ciel blinked and looked again… his dish began to crawl with worms…. Nasty reddish brown worms and greenish miniture lizards started crawling onto the edges. Big fat insect looking creatures with millions of tiny black legs and bodies which split in two began to multiply on his table top.
Immediately retching and vomit came racing upward inside.
Unable to stop, Ciel threw up all over the table making a splashing sound and covering the creatures in hideous remains of his undigested meal.
This all served to make him more nauseous and producing another ejection of vomit.
Heaving and knowing another was coming Ciel was helpless to call out for Sebastian.
Sebastian opened the door carrying a fresh tray of tea .
“Oh my. What happened my lord did you get sea sick?” Sebastian asked. “Here let me assist you.”
With that Sebastian cleared the whole table in his typical manner with one swoop of the table cloth. Then, he provided a cool cloth and began wiping Ciel’s forehead and face.
“What is wrong with you Sebastian? Didn’t you see all of them on the table? What did you feed me to make it turn into all of that?” Ciel clammered.
“I did nothing master. Whatever you saw or thought you saw..” Sebastian started to say.
“I KNOW IT WAS NOT REAL!” Ciel yelled at Sebastian. “Bloody Queen!”
Sebastian disappeared.
Sebastian stood on the deck. It was “time” he thought. He alone could do this. Ciel could only watch.
Sebastian went back to the dining hall and retrieved Ciel. “Come. We are at the point of intersection.” Said Sebastian. “You will be able to see but can not enter. I will go and get our honored guest. I warn you he will not look like us. Are you ready?” asked Sebastian.
