This is part of a series of flash art i did involving Pokemon starters.
I got a request to do a Charmander with a foe-hawk and a bandanna for a friend who is getting a Pokemon tattoo along with his girlfriend (mistake but whatever I made 10 bucks) the problem was he couldn't rely describe the foe-hawk so i made a few different ones. I still have trouble picturing hair on a reptile but i like the three bangs best.
Feel free to use, the design is to be a tattoo flash with vibrant colors and solid lines. sadly my camera does not do it justice.
