Actually, it isnt at all hard to think of babies as creepy. Babies are supposed to be cute, safe things... so as soon as something might happen to them, they become creepy. Like libraries, or schools - if something happens in there, it can get very creepy.
This pic is awesome. Its got a demonic feel that makes me immediately think of Silent Hill, for some odd reason. I really like it.
Thats the kind of baby that will have projectile vomit. Like I did.

i know the original image you used... the real pic is already very disturbing by itself, though there are others baby images that really made a big impression on me... but they're don't work for manips as this one

Well done. The dislocation of the limbs creates a broken doll like ambience. A nice texture on top of that.
