(Perfect Example of how big they would look like between ranges of height of 60 to 40 feet high.)(Note: I do not own this pic, it belongs to whoever did the picture, I'm only using this as reference, so that people can get the idea of what they could look like, etc. So no I'm not taking credit for making this pic.)
(Also based off of 's Rp he used to have, I was in love with it, so I made my own version of it. x3 )
The Age of the most Advanced Technology in our Era was the creation of Mecha's, Android's, and A.I.'s a like that were re-created to engage in the War of All Nations of the world. But when the Nuclear fallout began, everything living being and human existence died, while most Mecha's, Android's, and A.I.'s were obliterated in the fallout and destruction.
Soon enough the World came through with a New Rebirth of living beings, exotic animals, reptiles, and plant life where un-human in many ways to your imagination, the New dominant Intelligent being's were Anthro like people, based off of Mythical creatures, pre-human animals, etc. All establishing their way of life through their Medieval age, slowly advancing through the years to come, the Old ruins of the Ages Past they discovered were places of entertainment, as they admired and examine what they would look to be to their imagination. But none found any old or war-torn Mecha's, Android's, and A.I.'s throughout of where they live and reside currently on the New continent of America, and Canada.Β You are once of these machines, that has manage to come online through Nano-repairs, and self-repairs, and you are the Sole Surviving Relic and Book of Age's Past of History, the only existing one.
Option A- Scavenge and collect the Remaining Machine's for a base of operations and a place of upgrades, and new repairs just in case.
(Basically after collecting and organizing the base of Operations, you prepare to go and find intelligent life, maybe come into contact with a kingdom.)
Option B- Walk aimlessly to try and find intelligent life, maybe come into contact with a village.
(You bring out the best of your best of Weapons, and Arsenal in disposing a Raiding Exotic Dragon that was threatening the village.)
Option C- (Your Own Choice.)
Option D- Switching is Allowed, and you can control a specific Anthro Character in either a village, or kingdom with your own choice of what happens to your village or kingdom. (Army invasion, Raiders, etc.)

Dex weakly gets in but he was in awe of what it looked like inside of Scav, "What do they call this inside of you???" He asks him curiously unaware of where he was being taken too.
Eventually the emergency message ended, seems the A.I. disconnected long enough for Scav to pick up coordinates which led to another bunker 5 miles from where he was in this bunker.

Slowly Scav closed off his back when Dex was fully in "It's called a R.P.A. Robotic, Power, Armor. Now, try to follow my movements, you don't want to accidentally hurt yourself" Scav replies to Dex who can see what the metal man can see, though if any words showed up. It was always in English. Slowly Scav walks for the exit of the Bunker the two are in. Just to get to this A.I.
Meanwhile at Dex's village, a good friend of the two. Zac (who if you allow, is different because he is a humanoid crow [the only one of his kind for this RP if you want]) is keeping watch from the gates (Gauss's hands) as a guard when he spotted Dex's brother running to the village "Open the gate! It's one of our own!" He yelled to the gate operator

Dex would nervously held still but when Scav had started moving, he would of course also slightly move like him, but since he didn't need to use his arms, he held them against himself. "So, w-where are we going??" Dex nervously asks, unaware that Scav was going to find the other A.I.
Gamo would be running so fast like had seen a ghost, as he zooms past the gate before collapsing unto the ground, panting and exhausted. Once he was inside, the gate operator would close up the gate quickly. Gamo would then tiredly get up from the ground.

"To find something" Scav only says as he begins walking towards the exit, knowing where he's going because of a Mini-map in the corner of his vision
Zac swiftly runs to Gamo's side before helping him up "What happened?!" He quickly asked before looking around "Where's your brother!?"

Dex would just gaze around softly as Scav began taking him out of the bunker and towards to the next one. "So what do you plan on doing after...whatever is lt is you might be doing?" Dex asks him curiously.
"G-giant metal man, had c-caught us, only we ran and t-then I escaped...b-but I think he h-has my brother." Gamo explains as he was freaking out, he was having trouble processing on what had just happened earlier.

"Next, I'm getting you home -YOU'RE home- and you better not come back to take from me" Scav explains as he keeps walking to the next bunker
Zac nervously took Gamo to the medical tent to get checked up "A giant Metal Man? Just like the one we live in?" He quickly asked

"L-look we didn't know you lived there, or where a-a wake we assumed it was abandoned and old like the rest of the buildings here." Dex nervously explains to Scav, that's when Scav began picking up a Radio beacon signal, whit emitted a sound slowly if far away, but getting closer to where the A.I. maybe, the sound would emit faster.
"No sm-smaller then the one we live in, I-it wanted to know something, b-but me and my brother were scared so we ran and I lost him" Gamo quickly and fearfully explains while wincing as he had ran for too long, making his legs and feet sore from running the long distance.

"None of the Bunkers are abandoned, you're glad I found you and the turrets didn't" Scav then says as he keeps walking, following the sound as best as he can

"W-well wouldn't you like c-company every now and t-then?" Dex asks him again, while trying to do his best in coping the same moments as Scav without straining himself.

"I'll have company if this goes well" he answered Dex before making it to the new bunker, slowly he opened the door by plugging a finger into the lock. Then he enters the building to look for the A.I.

The place wasn't a maze, rather it was like an open space except for the huge building in the far back, where the other A.I.s signal was coming from. "Well...what about me? I can bring maybe information to you about what's being going on ever since your were asleep or something like that." Dex offers to him simply, while he still sort of looks around curiously.

"I would need a guide to know what's considered -new- in this land" Scav nods "Okay, you can show up at my place once or twice, just don't take anything without permission" he sighs as he walks towards the building, eager to find the strange AI

"Okay, I promise..." Dex replies nervously as he sort of watches him walk up to this building inside the bunker. And that's when they both start hearing machine like sounds and whirring noises, like something was trying to move but couldn't. (Note the A.I. Noln here is at least 15 feet tall ;3 )

Scav looks up at the building before opening up a door to look into it "Hello?" He says in English

In the back covered in mostly construction equipment and rubble was the Android A.I. Noln. Who spoke back in English, "Over....here.." the A.I. speaks weakly, like he had been like this for a long time.

Scav slowly walks to Noln before starting to get the ruble off of him "What happened?" He asked the trapped AI

"Top level collasped....trapping me....something sticking through me.." The A.I. mentions as a support Beam was stuck right through his lower right side. Preventing him from moving an inch or so. Dex would be amazed to see another A.I. machine like Scav...this day was getting all the more better for him too.

"Hold still, I must remove the object" Scav tells the AI before starting to saw though the beam with his welding fingers (which is how he can weld metal onto his body)

The A.I. would then tell Scav his name while he hasn't moved an inch. "Names Noln.....originally programmed to be one of the foot soldiers leading fronts man..." Noln explains to Scav weakly. Not really aware that Scav had a local village reptilian inside of him yet.

"Front lines... I am Scav, a prototype R.G.P.A. -Robotic, Guided, Power, Armor- exposed to serve the old and protect the weak" he explained back as he kept working on getting the beam cut in half

"So you worked with underdogs..." Noln mentions as on the war front, the A.I. we're called underdogs as they are at home protecting ones that can't go and fight for their country.

"Yes. I worked with Underdogs, or I was exposed to. I ended up being completed a couple seconds before the bombs dropped" he explained as the beam comes out with ease now.

"Well thank you for keeping our home secured...before this mess...wait...who or what is inside you?" Noln asks out of defensive as Dex seemed nervous about this, he didn't want to get caught up in a fight between the huge metal man if necessary. Apparently Nolns visor is now repaired and functional.

"My... Waker, a reptile-kid named Dex" Scav says as he tries to make it sound like he was fixed up by Dex or something

"Reptile?? Does that mean the creators aren't around us anymore??" Noln asks to see if part of that was true or not. Slowly trying to get up and out of the rubble of course.

"Yes... They're all dead... You and me awoken just today" Scav explains before helping him stand "Nukes or something took most of everything out"

"Dam...then what do you propose we do now? " Noln asks him curiously while he does a system check on himself while he stood there. "So uhm Scav...h-how long do I have to be inside ya for??" Dex quietly asks him while he watches Noln curiously.

"We get Dex to his home" Scav replies to Noln before changing his speech so Dex can hear "Not long"

"Then after that, we will have to leave them be am I correct?" Noln asks to make sure while he exits the tall building, Dex would sigh in relaxation knowing he won't have to be inside Scav for long.

"Exactly" Scav nods as he walked, following the heat from Gamo as he walked

Eventually their walk lead towards to the place of where Gamo, Zac are, the village that is living inside Gauss of course. Dex was glad to be home as he was anxious to come out, but cringed realizing he'll have to wait to be let out of course. "I sense this mech is still asleep." Noln informs Scav in English, keeping the chat between him and Scav of course.

"It's not asleep, it's broken, see the lights?" Scav asked as he pointed towards all the lights glowing within Gauss "I suspect it might have a broken neck or spine-blade" he then says before letting Dex out

Dex would just weakly stand up and walk around slowly before sitting down as he couldn't walk much yet. "How would you guys fix a mech that big?" Dex asks while he looks up to them, Noln would just keep his distance just from seeing what Dex looked like. "This is so weird talking to a lizard.." Noln mumbles quietly, "Hey! We take offense to that!" Dex angrily shouts but cringed again when he was lifting his good arm a bit too fast.
Gamo would be watching from what was unfolding outside of the gate, sitting next to him would be the village chief their father Dabany, and on Gamo's other side would be Zac, "What should we do? They have him father..." Gamo exclaims, "What can we do, they have the ability to wipe us out without flinching from the looks of it..." Dabany mentions fearfully, both thinking Dex was injured on purpose.

"If we live in a metal giant, we scavengers (the humanoid Crows in the village) might be able to find something to fight back" Zac swiftly says to Dabany
"My scans are showing that there are around 20 guards near the hands -gates- of their village. Scans show they're mostly scared but many are showing up as hostile" Scav says as he's scanning the entire gate "I can remotely open the gate, let's go" he then said as he starts walking ahead while carefully holding Dex "Noln, please apologize to Dex" he then said as he walked, the three were just halfway to the gate

Dabany would think on this quickly, "Just a per caution find whatever you can, and don't proceed unless I order so.." Dabany tells Zac cautiously while motioning him to get a move on, meanwhile the guards would hold their positions despite shaking nervously here and there.
Noln would sigh and gently say, "Alright I'm sorry Dex, can you forgive me?" Noln asks softly while he rubs his head nervously a bit while walking with Scav of course. "Fine...but just remember that names and words about our races are taboo, very taboo words.." Dex warns weakly, but wasn't kidding about it either, that's when he looked to the gate half happily as he knew he was home, but his father and his brother with the people might freak out about Scav and Noln coming up to their village home of course.

Zac nods to Dabany before running to get his scavengers or Scel-los to help him find anything that's able to help the guards in a fight
Scav looks at Dex before shrugging "We'll be careful" he says as they walked right up to the gate. Slowly Scav looks around for Gamo before saying "We come in piece" thinking it'll work

Dabany stood and looked to see the two A.I.s and his other son, "if it's true, what are you doing with my son??" Dabany asks Scav scared but more serious like.
"He is my father Scav, if you guys make a wrong move, Zac's people might start trying to attack you both." Dex informs Scav quietly.
"Then their weapons will just have to be taken from them..." Noln mentions but hasn't done anything yet.

"Got it" Scav replies to Dex "Because he's wounded. When I found him and his brother in my home, I was trying to see what they're there. When they ran away, he fell down a hole and harmed himself. I helped him heal before bringing him here" he then said to Dabany, trying to be peaceful though he thinks he might need to go with Noln's plan

"Well if this statement is true, you'll let my son walk back into our village correct??" Dabany asks to make sure while Gamo peered his head from the slightly open gate way, watching the trio from afar.
Dex would rub his head nervously with his one good arm, he would love to walk, but he won't be able to walk for a while thanks to his fall into a crater.

"From what we know he'll need help walking for a while, so we'll be helping him" Scav replies before raising his free hand towards the gate, making them fully open remotely before beginning to walk Dex towards it
"Sir, some of my scavengers have found magic steel weapons" Zac says as he returned to Dabany with a rusty shotgun in his hands "I think they'll be useful" (you said they were like knights and stuff, yes?)

Dabany would just sigh and look to Zac, "Alright, put the steel weapons in storage for now, they mean no harm, go and Help Dex to one of our Medical tents, he can't seem to walk on his own yet." Dabany orders Zac while he goes down to the gateway to at least see Dex and Scav up close, while Gamo was also sort of relieved to see his brother okay, and more importantly they weren't gonna be harmed in any way.
That was until Noln just stood their from afar, frozen and being unresponsive, something must've triggered him to stop functions....maybe.

Zac sighs quietly before doing as he's told. He was eager to learn how to use the steel weapons
Scav walked right up to the gates before helping hand Dex to his brother and father "Would me and my friend be able to come in?" he then asked Dabany before looking at Noln "...you okay Noln?" he asked in English "Is there something wrong in you're wiring?"

"Yes your both welcomed into our home, but please do abide our doubting minds if you could just explain yourselves in our village square. We can't fully be comfortable unless we know what's gonna happen between us and plus your friend over there." Dabany explains as he let Gamo takes his brother Dex to one of the medical tents for further examination of his injuries.
Noln would speak differently as if something trigger his actual systems and functional A.I. to really kick in, that's when he began speaking in all tongues rapidly at the same time like he was some sort of demon by voice, as suddenly his pose was in a threatening stance. "Subjects acquired- Operation Purge...Has commence." Noln furiously explains before one of his arms turns into a tank like weapon which started charging up, the blast would be catastrophic to those who were near the gateway. "All living organisms and A.I. functioning must be...Terminated.." Noln states as his visor becomes a thin line of Red, signaling he wasn't a free willed A.I. he was a Programming A.I. that takes hold of any machine and uses it against all opposing enemies and such.
Apparently this was his last mission his Creators would order....the last resort for the end of all wars....Mass Genocide and Destruction of every living being...the thing that was avoided until now...
(Mind you....you will have a blast with this ;3 )

"RUN!" Scav shouts to the people near the gates before charging at Noln, trying to knock him down or break hisΒ weapons. Ramming right into Noln's body with all his strength. Trying to aim his weapons away from the people near the gates while remotely tying to turn Gauss on so his defenses could help take Noln out

Noln would stand his ground and forcibly use both hands to take a hold of Scav before chucking him into a nearby building. "Resistance is Futile...All shall be Purge in the name of our Country." Noln or rather the Viral A.I. states as it began to slowly come up to Scav.
Meanwhile Dabany ordered everyone to hide in their homes into some of the hiding chambers. Gamo and Dex had been left in one of the tents just to avoid being seen, meanwhile the Guards had fallen back from the gate and would also hide away with everyone else. Making the village look like it was deserted.
(Note The Viral A.I. doubles the strength and speed of the machine, but the fall back is that the controlled A.I. held hostage will suffer fire back lapse, which either results an exploding death or a completed Shut down into decommission. ;3 )

Scav curled up as best as he could as he went straight though the walls of the building he was thrown into. Making some of it come crashing down. Scav lost his left arm and both of his legs when he was thrown though the building. Slowly he looks at Noln with a cracked visor before slowly reaching for something to hit him back "Y-y-y-you're rouge, you'r-e-e-e-e-e attacking you're own country!" he shouts with a glitchy voice box, trying to knock some protocols into the A.I.'s systems
(Huh, good to know. Though I can't think of how to hold a very powerful A.I. in a metal body hostage)

(You control Gauss ;3 I'm sure he will be able to stop this one from destroying Scav.)
The Viral A.I. would speak to Scav in a dark matter, "That Country is Dead,...I'm referring to the New country, one where we are as one, purging all that function like you, and to kill the organism parasites that infest this world." Noln the Viral A.I. explains as he raises his left arm which became a short sword covered in electrical discharges. About to deal the final blow to Scav. Unaware about Gauss and the fact that Scav was reaching for something to prolong his demise.

Scav swiftly grabbed his severed arm before plugging it's blowtorch-like fingers into Noln's visor or eyes "T-then purge yourself!" he shouts before rolling out of the way as one of Gauss's still functioning hands grabbed onto Noln's body with Scav's severed arm still burning into his head, trying to squishΒ the Viral A.I.'s bodyΒ into dust as the hand went higher, about to smash Noln's body into the ground. Gauss was awake and was now doing his new objective: To protect the people inside him

Dabany, the villagers, Gamo, and Dex were all shocked to see the metal giant that was their village, starting to move on its own.
Eventually the Noln Bot was slowly pushing it's way out of Gauss's grip, he will have to smash him now before the Noln bot will continue its rampage of destruction.

Gauss swiftly swings his hand and Noln into a building or two before smashing him down into the ground, Gauss's head turned to watch as he squished Noln into the ground as best as he can. Since it was the best place to watch their village from. The chief's room in his head must be getting rather messy right now
