(Perfect Example of how big they would look like between ranges of height of 60 to 40 feet high.)(Note: I do not own this pic, it belongs to whoever did the picture, I'm only using this as reference, so that people can get the idea of what they could look like, etc. So no I'm not taking credit for making this pic.)
(Also based off of 's Rp he used to have, I was in love with it, so I made my own version of it. x3 )
The Age of the most Advanced Technology in our Era was the creation of Mecha's, Android's, and A.I.'s a like that were re-created to engage in the War of All Nations of the world. But when the Nuclear fallout began, everything living being and human existence died, while most Mecha's, Android's, and A.I.'s were obliterated in the fallout and destruction.
Soon enough the World came through with a New Rebirth of living beings, exotic animals, reptiles, and plant life where un-human in many ways to your imagination, the New dominant Intelligent being's were Anthro like people, based off of Mythical creatures, pre-human animals, etc. All establishing their way of life through their Medieval age, slowly advancing through the years to come, the Old ruins of the Ages Past they discovered were places of entertainment, as they admired and examine what they would look to be to their imagination. But none found any old or war-torn Mecha's, Android's, and A.I.'s throughout of where they live and reside currently on the New continent of America, and Canada. You are once of these machines, that has manage to come online through Nano-repairs, and self-repairs, and you are the Sole Surviving Relic and Book of Age's Past of History, the only existing one.
Option A- Scavenge and collect the Remaining Machine's for a base of operations and a place of upgrades, and new repairs just in case.
(Basically after collecting and organizing the base of Operations, you prepare to go and find intelligent life, maybe come into contact with a kingdom.)
Option B- Walk aimlessly to try and find intelligent life, maybe come into contact with a village.
(You bring out the best of your best of Weapons, and Arsenal in disposing a Raiding Exotic Dragon that was threatening the village.)
Option C- (Your Own Choice.)
Option D- Switching is Allowed, and you can control a specific Anthro Character in either a village, or kingdom with your own choice of what happens to your village or kingdom. (Army invasion, Raiders, etc.)

Fives just shrugged and began to walk in the direction of the strange creatures. "So Noln what exactly are you?"

"I thought I knew, when I woke up in that iceberg, but everything I knew has either become a fogged up memory unit, or its been glitched to the point of no return....anyways I think we should proceed with caution we don't know what has happened here other then this new environmental change..." Noln tells fives Cautiously, and that's when they both could peer through some rather huge trees, a small village of what look like to be set in medieval times, and because of this setting the people weren't human, they were like walking humanoid reptiles, amphibians, etc. Meaning they must've been the new formation of the human race then the previous ancestors. This could complicate things with Fives and Noln too.

Fives looked at the strange reptilians. "Well we now know why there were irregularities." Fives said. "So should we say hello or not?"

"I calculate they'll run from the sight of you by a 90% chance, from me its a 30% chance, so the best way to do this is this, you'll stay put and watch from afar, I'll try to find a way to communicate with them while I try to not pose a threat to them. In the meantime try to determine how many there are and what capabilities they can do as in terms of living. I'm sure our creators inputed the Observing Factor Database in Our Prime CPU's." Noln explains to Fives, as he climbs down to the ground and eventually started walking up to the big bushes for a bit. "Wish me luck..." Noln explains as he soon steps out into the open and slowly began making his way to the village entrance.

"Good luck and should you require assistance i will intervene." He says as he watches Noln begin to walk off. He looked at the village with interest though.

Noln would slowly approach the small medieval village of the Reptilian humanoids, while walking very slowly towards to the front of the village. While he walks up to the village, Fives could pick up at least 50 heat signatures, meaning this village is slowly producing and growing within its community so far.
(IF you want to play as some of the villagers, that would be great on my part, or you can play as one of them and I'll play the rest of the villagers if you want ? >w> )

The villagers saw the strange figure emerge. "Who is that!?" a female reptillian says and some of the people had grabbed their spears just in case. Fives scanned the weapons and looked at the village "They armed themselves with spears, nothing able to harm you." he says.

"I'm am aware of the weapons Fives, just keep observing them from afar..." Noln explains to him over the com while he slowly stops his approach in front of the villager, a good 8 feet from where they are as such. Taking note of their physique and of what they look like so far.
That's when the Villager's Men took up their weapons and formed two lines in front of themselves, in front where the shield and sword bearers while the one's in the back had their arrows out and ready. Ignoring of course of some of the other villager's taking up arms. And that's when Noln began to speak making his Visor glow and blink with every word. At first though it came out native Indian, then it became Germany, soon enough though it ended up with the Latin language of which he was able to speak to them clearly. "I Mean no harm to you, I've come to seek answers from your villager leader. or whatver you call them as." he spoken to them with a metallic sound to it, keeping it sound like he held no emotion.
(Alright, at this point you can play as the villager leader, and I'll end up playing as the villagers and such, that way we aren't mixed up :3 )

An old reptillian woman would slowly step forward but stay behind the shield. "I am the leader of the village. State your business outsider."

Noln would look down to her, and eventually spoken to her kindly, knowing how old the woman must've been, "I have come to seek answers about what is going on in this region of the lands, and I hope you don't mind me asking but....is your village apart of a kingdom by any chance?" he asks her with much care and curiosity as well.
(You can make up the places and of what relationship's they have as such it can be village against village or it can be like two rivalry kingdoms at war, etc. :3 )

"No. But there is a kingdom to the west." She says and looks at the stranger. "And who might you be outsider? You seek answers to questions and whilst i can give you some i cannot give you all."

Noln would transmit the conversation so that Fives was listening in on this as well, "Do your people know of anything that has happened in the past? anything at all?" He asks her softly, maybe the race of her people could be connected to what has happened in the past, however due to of what they are, they probably did not know at all, other then that their ancestors discovered remnants of fantastic structures and amazing places that were abandoned (In this case destroyed by the chaos of the war of AI's and machines of course). "But I would also would like to ask if its alright for my fellow companion to come out and show that he will mean no harm." Noln also explains to the old reptilian woman of course.

The old woman would slowly nod and then her expression changed as she watched Fives approach and then stop. "What kind of demon is that?" she mutters. "The past? You wish answers on the old ones?" she asks Noln.

Noln would sort of nod slightly, "I'm trying to see if your ancestors knew anything before their time, and my fellow companion here isn't a demon to say, a Demon would have to be an ancestral being with a corrupted heart and mind....Anyways, Yes I am asking about the 'Old ones' you classify them as." Noln explains to her softly.

"Follow me, small one, your larger friend will have to stay outside." The old woman says and leads Noln into the village although now that Fives has arrived most of the people of the tribe are looking at him even a few kids.

Noln would of course follow the old reptilian woman, while taking note of the village and of its contents, Fives could notice Noln's cautious head movements and such. Something wasn't right with him, despite just being the only other bot, this one may be hiding something from him.
some of the village kids would curiously take a couple steps closer to fives, while their parents sort of follow behind sort, most of them not ready to go near him yet. Because of what he looks like as such.

Fives looked at the kids and smiled to himself. Child like curiosity was a good thing and he hoped they didn't loose it.
The old woman led him towards a small hut and leads him inside and smiles a little. She shows you a small terminal. "This is the info maker." she says.

Noln would examine the terminal carefully, "so your people partially know about this?" he asks her while he scans the machine while he carefully feels the machine a bit as well. His attention still glued to the terminal.
One of the children would eventually be brave enough to approach fives and curiously feel what he feels like, by making contact, the child was wide-eyed surprised on how tough fives feels like. This was a little boy, "Woah.....Mister Outsider you feel so strong.....how did you get so strong?" the boy asks him while he crane his neck upwards to look at fives too.

"About the wonder of the old ones? We know it speaks to us." The old woman says. The terminal slowly begins to turn on...
"I was built strong. I used to build buildings that would reach into the sky and go higher and higher."

Noln would wait and see what would happen once the terminal is on, if his hunches were correct, a program was gonna kick in inside of his CPU core. "Do your people know about this? and in terms how many?" he asks her casually without showing care in his voice for some reason.
The children and the Boy were so amazed about Fives talking about buildings being built into the skies, "Woah!" is what he received from the kids as they sat down to watch him talk and all. Looks like he has a small audience here, and the villagers were also listening from afar.

"It is the information maker." She says not really knowing how it works. The terminal would turn on and it would begin to connect to Noln. "Could you help me." The terminal's AI says to Noln through the wireless connection.
Fives looked down at them. "There were buildings higher than mountains and there were other things like me. We all built them." He says.

"Tell me how I can help you." Noln spoke to the terminal A.I. while he sort of sits there on one knee as he does this next to the Old reptilian woman.
The children were just in awe as Fives told them this story about the past of what it was like before they came to be.

"Help me please...we are buried...we want to see light again." the terminal says. The old woman leaves the tent for a moment.
Fives continues to tall various tales, never telling too much but never saying too little on the world he had seen.

"Alright, tell me how to unbury you, can't help if I don't know where to unbury you from." Noln explains to the terminal simply, ignoring the fact the woman left the tent for the moment.
Eventually the children would ask simple questions about these buildings and more importantly about what other robots did. Curiosity was what they have at the moment.

It Looks Like A Star Wars Battle Droid But It's Stronger. It's Weaknesses Are Very High Or Very Low Tempatures, EMP Type Weapons, And High Amounts Of Energy. It Will Have A Cooling Liquid In Pipes Around The Body. The Cooling Liquid Is Required And Has A Blue Color. It's Like The Blood Of The Robot But Colder. Anyways The Robot Has No High Amount Of Power But Can Hack. Is This Good?

The process of creating the bases from mere nature materials and from broken down machines, would soon prove that the Robot would be able to sustain itself for a long time for now. (I'm curious to see how'd you played around with this prompt. I choose A.)
Now then, my machine is what is know as a Zersteller ("Zer" being short for "Zerstorer(Destroyer)" and "Steller" being short for "Hersteller (maker)" in German). It takes on a bulky human shape that stands roughly 50 feet tall with a dark grey paint job. Its head is mostly a smooth dome with a lower-jaw matching that of humans capable of opening and closing as such. It walks on two legs that end in thick metal boots and has two bulky-looking metal arms on the sides of a huge torso with five extendable fingers on each hand with each digit being equipped with numerous tools for building and repair. Lastly, the machines come equipped with four more much thinners arms on the back that can extend and adjust in all directions. These extra limbs come equipped with mining lasers as well just as many tools of repair like those in the digits albeit the lasers can serve the same purpose.
As for the destroyer part of its name, this towering contraption is typically armed with a humongous warhammer (or great hammer) equipped with a built-in rocket located on the back of its striking face (or where'd you think ball peen would be) that can very easily crush objects of its stature while anything smaller is typically turned into stain. Though, it's not like the same can't be said in destroying towering structure if the situation calls for it.

I think I'll sorta do both those options whereas he gains more land and encounters other countries will he decided whether or not to conquer them like if they treat their people correctly, have a sturdy government, and especially a wise leader. If all three pass he will form an alliance with them or simply ignore them lest they break one of those requirements.)

With a loud creak, the machine slowly raises itself to its feet, the sounds of metal grinding against rust creaked loudly from its many joints.

Sounding off its rusting joints, had enabled echoes throughout the valley of dust and ashes. This place was like a graveyard, due to because of other machines like the Titan here. But they won't be coming back online for repairs, for they were beyond fixable and repairable. Surrounding this Titan was two mountains that resemble a Snakes fang upside down. Due north to him, was the scenic view of what this planet has become, Exotic Tree life now towering high as 25 feet tall, plant life was now alien and foreign to the Old Earth.
Basically this Titan was now witnessing the evolution of New Earth, the next question would be is this, 'Did the human race survive? or did it die off?...'
(Pardon my small Reply, I'm not up to the point of where your Titan may encounter a village yet. xD )

For the next couple of minutes, the titan observed his surroundings, rapidly scanning for any other form of sentient life, but so far all that came up were various plants, some that were on file, and others that had no record to be found. He then turned his attention towards the many other machines that were beyond saving but could be used for scrap for newer versions. "It appears death has left me forsaken. No. Maybe not. I should observe more of this world by a hundred percent before that can be fact." The machine spoke to no one before filling his hand with his much more fragile siblings. "Perhaps I can still find value in you all." Extending its extra libs, the metal titan began putting itself to work.
While normally he'd await orders from his masters, one thing he could consider fact was they were diseased along with every other man, woman, and child seen. However, that didn't mean another generation couldn't have been started, yet even still, that seemed unpromising. But he couldn't give up yet. He was built for the soul purpose of shielding man, building their walls, and defenses while at the same time crushing those that would threaten the peace. Suffering will not last while he still functions, even if there is no one left to fight for.

That's when he received a distress signal from nearby, it was very faint, but his sensors could pick up the dire message, soon he could hear its message speak, "Code Alpha- Niner- 3.6.0. Distress Signal, Unit 001, is in need of repairs, and requires assistance, Unit cannot move nor is it functional to speak nor move. *End of Message*" Soon the transmission ended and it was terminated from being saved. The Message seems to come from deep in one of the glacial caves across from the field of rusted machines.
This was now the Titan's chance to help bring one back to functioning order. However he would have to be cautious, for this area would bring a great danger to his rescue mission if he decides to go after the unit.
