Bulk is one of Nomis’s minions who does his bidding and helps him in his plan to escape the Book of Disney and take over the Rainbooms world. He does anything his master says for fear of suffering his swift and terrible wrath. He is fat and kind of dumb. He is best based on Carface-Carruthers from All Dogs Go To Heaven (1996).
