Nicely done! I have faved a lot (and I mean A LOT) of profile templates - some are almost exhaustively extensive - but this one is: simple, short, and sweet.

in an old, cleaned out, refurnished tomb in an old graveyard near Magnolia.

All dead, she can't remember too much except their faces, frozen in terror as they were frozen solid by an ice wizard. Used to have two sisters, a brother, and two moms.
Habits:
chewing on onions, turning the floor to knives unconsciously, making herself tiny and sitting on Natsu's or Gajeel's head.
Distinctive personality traits:
Loyal, mischievous, random, dark, bipolar, sometimes a little suicidal, blunt unless she wants to mess with someone, bit of a sadist to those who hurt her special people, nice to everyone who does her and her special people no harm (unless she's messing with them, of course)
Bio:
Chi was born the eldest daughter to a rich business man and a bisexual mom. Her little brother and sister were only a year younger than her, and her dad died while her mom was pregnant with the triplets.
Her mom was approached a year later by a pretty woman who soon became friends with them. Two years after that, the two married and raised the kids.
The Yoru family never bothered with ages, so Chi never knew hers. One day, Chi found herself being stalked by a strange man. Panicked, Chi dashed into a graveyard to lose him. When she thought he wasn't following her anymore, she ran home as fast as she could.
Turns out she never got away in the first place. That night, Chi awoke to her moms screaming in pain. She rushed downstairs to find her sisters and brother frozen solid and her moms being frozen by the man who stalked her.
Chi screamed at the man to stop, but he just laughed and continued the freezing. When both her moms were frozen solid and dead, something inside Chi snapped and her Molecular Magic awoke. In her anger, the little girl turned the house around them into a giant guillotine and killed the man.
When Chi realized what she had done, and what had occurred that night, she cried and didn't stop crying once for three whole days. After that, she became a street thief and honed her magic to its peak of power, training hard every day until she looked to be 23. When she looked like she was 23, she was captured by necromancers, butchered and tortured to death and then her spirit was trapped in a gold and orange orb and sealed deep in a tomb with her mummified corpse for who knows how long.
She spent centuries calling out for someone- anyone- to let her out. Eventually someone did- Gajeel, the son of Metalicana. He said she had been annoying so he let her out to shut her up.
Chi simply thanked him and left to travel, advising Gajeel to get back to his parents before they had a fit. She didn't know that Metalicana had disappeared, though.
Wherever Chi went, disaster followed, and every friend she made would always die. She met up with Gajeel again sometime later and wouldn't leave him alone. After all, he was the only one that didn't die!
Eventually the two of them became like brother and sister and joined Phantom Lord. During the battle at the Fairy Tail guild hall, Chi had been ordered not to do anything. So she sat on Gajeel's head the whole time, complaining about the bumpy ride during his fight with Natsu and occasionally throwing seed pits at the Fire Dragon Slayer.
Chi joined the Guild at the same time that Gajeel and Juvia did. One of her favorite things to do to tease Gajeel was to call him 'Gajee-chan'. That alone made her okay in Natsu's book.
After a lifetime of suffering, Chi Yoru finally found happiness in Fairy Tail.
