Agent is very famous around Brion's ranch and the Dragon Crashers in general for being the one to be on Brion's head no matter what. Sadly though, once Brion took a preference for water Pokemon, he felt like he couldn't properly train Agent and left him in Phantom's care. Chaos hopes to eventually evolve and return to Brion once he surprises him by becoming a water type.
