Just a character concept/portrait for my character in an upcoming D&D game that ~Sovtjek is running.

This is the character that made me realize my writing has not become less gloomy since my freshman year. I wrote a bio, completely without attempting to make it dark and angsty, then realized afterwords that it was. I think I need to work on that. Maybe someday Joey will stop describing my work as 'DEPRESSING.' (All caps, even when he says it in person.)

I do blame part of the angst on the album 'Hospice' by The Antlers. It's a pretty interesting concept album about a hospice worker falling in love and living with a cancer patient. I said interesting, not uplifting. I happened to be listening to the album while working on stuff for this character and, goddammit I think it seeped into her. The story of the album doesn't fit her character at all, except for the medical motif. Curse my attraction to beautiful lyrics.
