I made changes to my oc Celtuce and made a bio based on her. Note, I borrowed some Aspects of a Turles becomes a Z Fighter AU I found on Youtube.

Celtuce hails from an alternate timeline. In it, the Saiyan pirate Turles existed. His storyline follows the same route as the timeline of Tree of Might, what with finding the titular tree and starting his Crusher Corps. However, he arrives on Earth sometime after Vegeta is defeated and immediately planted the Tree. Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma are on their way to Namek, leaving only Goku alive to deal with him. Yajorobe managed to give Goku a Senzu Bean far earlier, so he was able to defeat Turle's men, and defeated Turles with a spirit bomb. However, Turles survived the hit badly damaged. Goku gives Turles an ultimatum, leave the planet or die. Reluctantly, Turles leaves but promises to settle the score between him and Kakarot.

Escaping into space, Turles applied repairs to his armor, and pondered what his next move was. Luckily he managed to intercept some transmissions from the Frieza force and learned Frieza had departed with an entire crew to the planet Namek in search of things called Dragon Balls, magical orbs capable of granting any wish. Curious, Turles followed perhaps hoping to snag them before Frieza could get his hands on them. If anything he could plant another Tree of Might. What followed was basically the Namek saga only with Turles inserted. He is present for the battle with Frieza. However, during the battle, his ship is destroyed along with Namek, while he is transported to Earth alongside all the others.

Now, Turles is relatively angry he lost the Tree of Might seeds he had, but when he learns Goku is still alive, he joined Vegeta to find Goku in space. A year passed and both returned with no results. The events of the Cell arc follow with Turles training to prepare for the androids, yet after Cell's defeat and Goku's death, his life takes a swerve. During the 7 year gap between the Cell and Buu arcs, Turles meets Launch by chance, probably when the latter was robbing a bank. What followed was a love story, and soon Turles found himself falling for Launch, eventually in both her forms. Celtuce was born to them two years later.

We now cut to Celtuce as a young woman just entering her twenties. She had experienced much on Earth, from Buu, to Beerus, and the return of Frieza. Celtuce's family life was pretty happy. Turles and Launch had settled into a normal family. Launch herself seemed to calm down, while Turles still kept up with his training, often sparring with his daughter. However, Celtuce never found a need or trigger to become a super saiyan.

Little did she know, her progress was being monitored by the Time Patrol. They would often scour alternate timelines in for potential recruits, and seeing the daughter of a reformed villain was an interesting prospect, considering most other timelines Turles was an unrepentant villain. She was offered a place in the Time Patrol and enrolled in the academy. She excelled well into her classes, so much she was put in charge of another new student named Ramen. Little did she know, Ramen would advance rather quickly, so much Celtuce would declare him her rival. Having a rival in her life pushed her to master Super Saiyain, and perhaps more.

Celtuce I imagine would be a mix of her parents. Celtuce is very proud of her Saiyan heritage, so much she usually doesn't refer to herself as half-saiyan. She has the standard desire to fight strong opponents. She's also very aggressive, something she inherited from her mother's blond form. Yet, she isn't reckless. She knows how to plan and strategize. As things go on, she finds her rivalry with Ramen turning to friendship, and soon finds herself falling for him. Yes, I ship my two oc's.
