Modeling as in Camera Positions and Lighting was done by my self. The textures was include with the model product when I bought them.

so you didn't model the geometry, map the UV and paint the texture. if you bought the model I assume you got the rights for it anyway.

Forgive my ignorance, but what point are you trying to make?

I did these .png renders a long while back and in turned did not need them. So why delete something that may be of use to someone else who may not have the money to buy a $150+ program plus all the extra goodies. That is why I have these here for download.

If you feel I am doing something wrong, please do come out and say it & not "beat around the bush" by asking questions and such.

I don't think you did something wrong, it's just that I'm in game development studies so I'm often looking after other 3D modelers to share and learn together I think it's the first time I see a 3D asset used in stock so I was curious and surprised.

Oh! Then let me say sorry to jumping the gun.

I'm far from the 1st to offer 3D rendered .png for stock. There are a lot more out there on DA. You can search 3D Stock or 3D .PNG and normally find them that way. But they are out there. Some really nice ones too. I used to download them from here before I got Poser for my self.

Again, I am sorry for jumping the gun.

no prob
at least now I won't be surprised next time I stumble upon 3D renders in stock.
basically I'm far from liking Poser but now you point the idea to make ressource out of it, it suddenly appears more useful than I thought, that's interesting (though real beings are still the best reference it can help)

I love poser, it is the 1st art like program I had ever used, well other than Paint. LOL
But I would have to say that Poser 5 was the program that got me into digital art.

But Poser, in time, turned into just another "canvas" - I still had to buy the "paints" to create what I wanted if I wanted it to be all 3D & I started feeling trapped. So after a long break I found photo manipulations, and the rest is history.
But I still go back to poser for some resources, or just for fun.

So what do you use to do your modeling? I really envy the ones who create the actual models.

having to buy models created by others is the reason I don't like Poser, learning to model isn't always easy but it's so much fun
I started to learn modeling with Autodesk 3ds Max, it's a powerful engine really great for high poly 3D, animation etc, it's used a lot in the industry.
Autodesk Mudbox, 3D-Coat and ZBrush are awesome programs for high poly sculpting. ZBrush is the most used in the industry of movies (companies like Pixar) but probably used in video game industry. 3D-Coat is the cheapest at the moment but is powerful nevertheless and has a great 3D painting feature.
Autodesk Maya is "similar" to 3ds Max but is way less intuitive at first. It was one of the softs used to make Advent Children.
After there's Blender, it's free but no one uses it in the industry

These items look nice. Unfortunately the link to your rules doesn't work (haven't downloaded it yet).
