A stamp for the guest character of the Xbox version of Soul Calibur II and its HD Online re-release, Spawn (AKA Al Simmons) from the eponymous comic book series!
Spawn was included as a result of a deal Namco had with his creator Todd McFarlane (who also created Necrid) in which he made figures of Voldo, Nightmare, Necrid, Ivy and Astaroth to promote the game. You should still be able to buy them on eBay and are not that expensive from what I can tell.
As for Spawn himself, he definitely has a violent fighting style with his hand-axe that's also his cape and is one of the few characters in Soulcalibur who's not afraid to swear. He came from Hell after all...
Also, in the English version of Soul Calibur II, his voice actor is also the same as Heihachi's, Kevin Michael Richardson, who went under the pseudonym Victor Stone and reprised his role in the game Spawn: Armageddon.
