I figured that since Penny Peterson and Cindy Vortex are biological sisters, I personally think it's fair of me to make a pic where Cindy uses Jimmy's cloning machine. Honestly, I think that the 2 people that would get a nose bleed to this (Master Roshi Style) are Jimmy Neutron and Dexter: Boy Genius, because if you have read my fanfic Dexter/Jimmy: World's Finest, Dexter has a secret crush on Cindy.

Jimmy: Cindy, you better not be messing with the duplicator again!
Cindy Clones: No! Not us, you have the wrong girls!
Jimmy: (Startled slightly) Well, my cloning machine is working again.
