Hey look it's salad boy a.k.a Cesar Torres from the Mandela Catalogue. I just wanted to try my hand at making an animated icon since I haven't done that in a while and I wanted an example for when I reopen commissions :] Like how it turned out, even if it's a bit simple. I also tried making him look more frazzled cuz y'know, alternate. Anyway, hope ya'll like it and have a wonderful day/night! ^^
(also his hand is supposed to be in the 'call me' hand signal cuz y'know, phones. I suck at drawing hands though, so it just kinda looks like he's doing a surfer hand💀 -)
