This was a creation for the group USPS. The tall and skinny policeman is my personal cop. I was going to use Alvin here in my Average Joe Series. He is a mean one and he beleives that "There's no good earnings fer hope in any human being so far as I've seen it. Except for you, Ralph, you I don't know about."
"Ahh, who needs you, you bag of bones. Go get some donut's with that coffee. ya look like that cat we dragged out the sewers last week."
"Heh Heh, you mean that cat the firemen pulled out of the sewer."
